Financial Aid Information
Capella University’s tuition is considered to be on the high end for online education programs, but that is like comparing apples to oranges. Capella has a disproportionate amount of graduate students. Graduate degrees usually cost more, thus it appears that Capella’s tuitions are higher. Regardless, Capella University offers a variety of financial aid options. Non-federal student loans, scholarships, and federal financial aid are all available to qualified students.

It had been 15 years since I graduated high school when I decided to pursue a college degree. I have a family and a full time job that occupy most of my time. By taking courses online I have been able to keep all that in order and work on a college degree.
The idea of taking out a mountain of student loans to go to college was terrifying. I have a mortgage and I could not imagine entering into more debt. Online college is an affordable option that I can handle. I am taking classes now towards a business degree and still can work my full-time job as a personal trainer. My hours vary and the flexibility of online classes is just what I need to exercise my brain muscles. The classwork isn’t easy, but I have established a regimen that allows me to succeed. My grades are coming along well and I have achieved an awesome balance between work and school. I definitely recommend online education for anyone else that thinks their job keeps them too busy to get a degree. We all have to push our comfort zone to succeed. Just do it!
